The word Cremisan refers to the Cremisan Monastery vineyards of the Holy Land which are the foundation for some of the finest wines in the Middle East. We use the word Cremisan to refer to the time it takes to acquire the experience to make food of the highest quality.

Jamil Ashayer has worked as a chef on 3 continents where he developed broad knowledge and technique in Middle Eastern Cuisine and International Cuisine.
Jamil Ashayer has worked as a chef in Jordan, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, England, Germany and the United States–however he has learned other dishes from many of the other chefs he’s worked with. He has over 25 years of experience creating excellent and innovative recipes.
